Thoughts on Virtuous Cycle of In-service Training for Public Security Police

The in-service training for police is a kind of educational training with longtime and periodic features.It's the kind of learning and training with spiral rising trend which mean learning from low and easy level to high and difficult level.Aiming at the problems existed in the in-service training of the police and the way to realize virtuous circulation,this paper presents two suggestions,one is to establish the long effective training mechanism which is scientific,practical,normalized and ordered,the other is to strengthen the construction of professional teaching staff.
