Personnel Training Mode Reform of Construction Engineering and Technology Specialty of Higher Vocational Education——A Case Study of Guangzhou Vocational College of Urban Construction

Combining with the characteristics of regional demand for construction technology specialty,taking employment as the orientation,to clarify professional development goals relying on talents demand of construction posts,and referring relevant professional qualification standard,the curriculum system was integrated and optimized; positioning professional core competencies,and identifying the core professional courses according to the competencies; standing out reform of teaching content item to enhance practical training areas and strengthen abilities of students.
