Abstract

The rapid development of IT industry makes software technology personnel to become hot.How to train qualified professionals in software technology meeting the development requirements of IT industry and the needs of the market for the community has become the call of the times for development and reform of higher vocational education.The paper takes the employment as orientation,sees work and study combination as a carrier and regards improving the quality of personnel training as the target.Then from the following aspects including personnel training target location,curriculum construction,teaching content organization,practical teaching conditions and teacher construction of software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges,the paper researches the basic ideas and methods of teaching reform and specialty characteristic construction of software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges.
