Abstract

This paper analyzes the problems in the personnel training mode of construction engineering technology specialty in higher vocational colleges in the current stage, explores the personnel training objectives, and by means of the construction of elite school with characteristics in Shandong province elaborates the specific measures and implementation program by taking the occupational application capabilities as the core.
