Abstract
The study on the translation of the audio-visual beauty in the language of classical Chinese artistic essays is very important in translation studies of essays.The relation between the form and the content,the meaning that the form embodies,the language devices with the similar aesthetic effects in Chinese and in English,as well as the English readers' aesthetic expectations toward the form of essays are the indispensable parts in translation studies of essays.Describing the translation norm of the audio-visual beauty in the language form is helpful for the translation studies and practices of classical Chinese artistic essays.
