The Points and Strategies of the Artistic Beauty Rendering in the English Translation of Classical Chinese Poetry

There are many issues in the process of artistic beauty rendition in the English translation of classical Chinese poetry.This paper uses the descriptive translation study method to study the three main difficulties and give the translation strategies: translators should master an appropriate degree between preserving the original implicit beauty and keeping the translated version readable;for publicizing the oriental implicit fuzzy beauty translators should try to keep the original structure and image;attaching importance to the original mood,sacrificing meaning to rhyme is unworthy;some compensatory method like generalization,substitution etc.should be adopted for translating those words with cultural element which target language reader cannot understand.
