Clinical Study on the Effect of Low-molecular-weight Heparin Calcium and Ozagrel Sodium in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective To explore the clincical applictation value of LMWHC and ozagrel sodium in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with ACI were randomly assigned to control group(n=60) and treatment group(n=60). Patients in control group were treated by routine therapy(dansen injeetion,ASP). Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of routine therapy,LMWHC and ozagrel sodium. The clinical effect and the neurological deficit and hemorheology were observed before and after treatment in both groups for 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate in treatment group(88.3%) was higher than that in control group(70%,P0.05). There was significant difference between two groups in hemorheological indexes(P0.05). Conclusion LMWHC and ozagrel sodium have a definite effect on improvement of clinical sign and hemorhelolgy in treating cerebral infarction.
