Abstract

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating acute cerebral infarction with sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin. Methods Totally 92 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by intravenous drip of ozagrel sodium injection, and the treatment group was treated by subcutaneous injection of azithromycin combined with chinese medicine based on the control group. The clinical effect was observed between control group and treatment group after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.5% and 80.4% respectively, the clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusions The sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin on acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve clinical effect.
