Clinical analysis of sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular heparin calcium in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular heparin calcium in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 110 cases of acute cerebral infarction in author's hospital from 2009 to2011 years were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,55 cases in each group,all patients accepted sodium ozagrel treatment,based on this the observation group combined with low molecular heparin calcium treatment,compared clinical curative effect of patients in two groups.Results Patients in observation group 44 cases recovered,6 cases improved significantly,3 cases improved,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.4%,significantly higher than that of control group83.6%,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion Ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium have action of application on stacking effect in the mechanism,and have good clinical curative effect of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,it is worthy of further clinical using.
