Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(30 patients in each group).Patients in two groups were injected with Acanthopanax,administered with oral nimodipine.The treatment group was treated with sodium ozagrel;the control group was treated with aspirine.Then the effect of the two groups was observed and analyzed.Results:There was a significant difference in total effective rate between treatment group(93.3%)and control group(70%)(P0.05).Conclusion:The sodium ozagrel is better than aspirine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
