The effect of insulin aspart on children with type 1 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the clinical effects of insulin aspart on the type 1 diabetes mellitus of children.Methods 20 cases of T1DM were randomly divided into two groups.All these patients were treated with insulin aspart and CS Ⅱ for 8 weeks,respectively.The level of blood glucose and HbAlc was detected before and after treatment.Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and HbA1c was significantly decreased after treated with insulin aspart and CSⅡ.There was no significant difference between insulin aspart group and CSⅡ group.Conclusion Insulin aspart has the same effect on control level of blood glucose and HbA1c as that of the insulin bump.
