Observing the Effect of Insulin Aspart on Type 2 Diabetes

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of insulin aspart on type 2 diabetes.Method: 50 treated cases were assigned into two groups,They were treated with insulin aspart and Novolin R for 4 weeks,and then observed the change of post prandial glucose after 1 and 2 hours.Result: Insulin aspart and Novolin R has effective antidiabetics.esp,after one hour with insulin aspart.There's no significant difference between two groups in fasting plasma glucose and 2 hours postprandial glucose.The incidence of hypoglycemia was lower in insulin aspart group.Conclusion: It's safe,effective and tolerable to treat type 2 diabetes with insulin aspart.
