A Review on the Professional Standard and Development Pattern for Special Education Teachers

With the popularization of special children's compulsory education,the key issue is how to enhance the sustainable development of special education through quality improvement.The professional development of special education teachers is an important approach to cope with the challenges.This paper aims to provide theoretical references for regulation of professional standards and implementation of professional development patterns for special education teachers through the review on the standards and development patterns for special education teachers both home and abroad so that basis for sustainable development of special education can be established.
