Enlightenment to Training of Special Education Teachers from Research of Teachers' Professionalization in China

Teachers' professionalization is a popular issue in Chinese scholars' researches in recent years. They mainly discuss basic theory, system guarantee and implementing strategies of teachers' professionalization. These research results provide beneficial references for the development of special education: professional standards of special education teachers aiming at transformation from diploma requirements to qualification requirements should be formulated soon; changing cultivation model of special education teachers and constructing inte-grative professional education system of pre - service and post - service teacher training; promoting professional status of special education teachers.
