A Thought about the New Course of Basic Education and the Reform of Teachers' Education in Higher Normal Colleges

The basic education of our country has already entered the eighth course reform,and the drafting of the course standards for both junior and senior high schools is unprecedented not only in the statements of both the general aim and the concrete aim in education but also in the connotation of course ideas and in the merging and adjusting of course contents.This reform will certainly promote the reform of teachers' education mode in higher normal universities and colleges,and make the normal students we trained during their study in college acquire the elementary qualities of teaching in the cultivation of behaviors,the formation of education ideas and the commanding of education and teaching skills and so on,so as to adapt to the employing requirement of education market.
