On the Reform of the Public Pedagogical Course in Normal Colleges

The reform of the higher educational system and the progress of the elementary and secondary school quality education demand the improvement of the professional education in normal colleges for their existence and development.So the public pedagogical course is forced to take the reform. The reform must change essentially the course system and teaching method. With regard to the base of the practical demands in the quality education, and in the light of the purpose of the students' modern education concept, teaching and educating capabilities,we must make them have higher professional levels and leading forward thought so as to serve better the all round development education of the elementary and secondary education.
