Construction of College Physical Education Teacher's Quality from the Perspective of New Course Reform

With the deepening and progress of the new course reform,college physical education teachers are supposed to be put on a higher standard,as is required to change the traditional ideas in order to construct a new physical education course and conceive a modern teaching method as well.Besides,they should attach more attention to the moral and physical construction and the elevation of professional knowledge,teaching and research ability so as to meet the demands of new course reform and development.
