Abstract

In test one, tobacco seedlings inoculated with AM fungi were cultured in culture boxes were used to investigate nutrient effect on infection rate at the transplant stage. The results showed that the nutrient mode B3 was most efficient for mycorrhizal seedling production in high-nutrient condition. In the test two, tobacco seedlings cultured in mode B3 were employed to evaluate the effects of nutrient concentration on the quality of tobacco seedlings inoculated with or without AM fungus, including growth, nutrition, and physiological index. It was proved that the higher Hoagland solution, the more plant biomass, and the lower mycorrizal effects within 0.4~1.2×Hoagland solution were obtained.Tobacco seedlings inoculated with AM fungal in 0.8×Hoagland solution demonstrated an obvious superiority in dry weight of shoot,P concentration to that of the control, and the biomass, nutrition condition, and physiological index of the former approached to the latter grown in 1.2×Hoagland solution. Therefore, mode B3 was the best for mycorrhizal seedling production in high-nutrient condition.
