Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Tengcha flavonoids(TF) on immunological liver injury induced by BCG plus LPS in mice.Methods BCG plus LPS were used to produce immunological liver injury model in mice.Serum hepatic function indexes,such as ALT,AST,MDA and SOD were measure.Liver tissues were dyed with HE and histopathological changes in liver were observed under light microscope.Results TF inhibited significantly the increase of ALT,AST and MDA in serum while SOD was increased.Histopathological changes were improved.Conclusion TF showed significant protective action on immunological liver injury in mice,and the effect on depression the oxygenation of free radicle maybe its one of protection liver mechanisms.
