Abstract
Objective:The experiment was performed to study the achyranthesbidentata polysaccharides' effects on immunological liver injury in mice. Methods: An immunological liver injury model was induced by administration of lipopolysaaccharide following injection of BCG vaccine into mice for 10 days.ALT levels in serum and liver homogenates, the activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA in liver homogenates were examined. Results: Ahyranthesbidentata polysaccharides could significantly lower the levels of ALT,MDA and spleen index and increase the activity of SOD.Conclusion: Achyranthesbidentata polysaccharides have protecting effects on immunological liver injury in mice.
