Abstract
Effects of ASHFI on myocardium in dog with experimental myocardial infarction were investigated.25 dogs were divided into five groups: (1)NaCl control group,(2)ASHI control group,(3)high dose ASHFI group,(4)middle dose ASHFI group and (5) low dose ASHFI group. An acute myocardial infarction model was made by ligating left anterior descending branch in anesthetic dog.Content of myocardial enzymes(AST,CPK,LDH),infarcted area were determined and changes of myocardial ultrastructure were observed.The results showed that ASHFI can reduce myocardial impairment and diminish the infarcted coverage in ischemic myocardium.So we can draw a conclusion that ASHFI can protect cardiac muscle from injuring.
