Abstract

Based on the practical investigation and profound interview, this paper analyzed the effect of Beijing Economic and Technologic Development Area to Beijing's suburbanization. The results include: Because of their location, prospecting developmental atmosphere and all right residential environment, Development Zones have been an important carrier of suburbanization, and they promote the long-distance and spatial differentiation of suburbanization. Therefore, under the background of suburbanization, we should make the development of Development Zone in confortuity with the city. At the same time, we should draw attention on the spatial differentiation of suburbanization of Chinese city.
