Abstract
By understanding the concept of suburbanization,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of suburbanization in China. the increase in level of economic development and suburbanization,the reform of state system and developing new regions,expatiates on the characteristics of suburbanization in China-weak in economic base,low level in suburbanization,the large proportion of passive relocation in the suburbs,the coexistence of suburb development and central area's prosperity,and the rapid suburbanization. Finally it puts forward the developing trends of suburbanization in China,that is,the suburbanization in China will become more widespread,and the pattern of suburbanization' s extension will transform to many different ways.
