Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin D\-1 gene in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship to p53 gene expression. Methods Hybridization in situ and immunohistochemical technigues were used. Results The positive rate in tumor tissue and nomal mucosa was 63 49% and 44 44% respectively,and was significantly different(P0 05). The cyclin D\-1 expression intensity related to the tumor differenciation and pathological stage,but not to the depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis. The p53 positivity was 38 09%. The cyclin D\-1 expression rate in p53 positive group was higher than that in p53 negative group(P0 05). Conclusion The cyclin D\-1 overexpression and p53 mutation may be improtant in the carcinogenesis of colorectum,the expression of cyclin D\-1 participate in the tumor differenciation and progress.\;
