Abstract
There commonly exist some problems in modern college human resources management,such as the incentive measures are not pertinent,and the effective incentive measures are not frequently applied.The scientific application of incentive theory is based on the hypothesis of rational-economic man and the hypothesis of rational-career man,and the promotion of the combination of various kinds of incentive measures to work out faculty's potentialities and to improve the efficiency and benefits of running universities.
