Abstract
Incentive mechanism is an important part of the human resource management of universities.Various kinds of incentive measures have developed,which come into being the modern human resource management mode.Because of the particularity of the university personnel management,however,there exist some shortcomings of incentive mechanism.This paper analyzes common problems of the incentive mechanism of universities firstly.And,it proposes measures and suggestions secondly,which provide thoughts for improving the incentive mechanism of research management in universities.
