Application of stimulating theory often plays an important role in college and university student management. The frequently used methods are example incentive, solicitude incentive, satisfied incentive, goal incentive, master incentive and institution incentive. What we should stick to in college and university student management is the properly, timely and fairly used incentives with the equal emphasis on both the moral and the material.
