Abstract
The theoretical basis of incentives is assumption of human nature,and different assumptions of human nature need different incentives idea and corresponding practice.Incentive theory has been widely used in the management of colleges and universities,but the incentive mechanism in scientific research incentive mechanism is not mature and there is a lack of psychological needs analysis,incentive methods,and lack of effectiveness on many issues.Therefore,the improvement and the design of university research incentive mechanism must follow a certain value orientation.
