Abstract
Objective:To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of coagulase negative Staphylococcus(CNS) to provide the teference for rational use of agents. Methods:CNS isolated from inpatients from January,2006 to January,2009 were identified with ATB expression microbial identification and drug sensitivity system. Results:A total of 286 strains were isolated, including 11 kinds of CNS.They exist in 14 specimen. The highest rate of isolation in auatomy tract and urinary tract stood at 32.4%,23.2% most CNS were Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus haemolyticus and Staphylococcus lentus. The drug-resistant rate to penicillin, erythromycin and oxacillin stood at 96%,94%,81%.The drug-resistan to clindamycin, second generation quinolones, levofloxacin was more than 70%.The drug-resistant to vancomycin was zero. Conclusion:The clinic should attach importance to the infection and monitor pathogenic detection. The doctors should also use antimicrobial agents in accordience with the drug sensitivity system and to postpone the producing and spread of drug resistance.
