Abstract
Objective To further investigate the reliable method of clinical effective treatment of acute cerebral infarction,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and research of acute cerebral infarction. Method 156 cases of acute cerebral infarction were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and 78 patients in each group. The control group was taken with conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation. The observation group was taken with conventional drugs and early rehabilitation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The results of the implementation of neurological function and overall clinical effectiveness of different treatments before and after clinical treatment for the two groups were compared. Results 1After the implementation of treatment, the results of neurological deficit scores of the two groups were compared, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the differences between the two groups were with statistical significance( t = 19. 271 8,P = 0. 000 0). 2The clinical total efficiency rates compared between groups, the clinical overall efficiency rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the differences between the two groups of data were with significant statistical significance( χ2= 9. 299 5,P = 0. 002 3). Conclusion In clinical practice for the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction implementation, the clinical effect of the use of early rehabilitation hyperbaric oxygen therapy is significant, and it is the ideal and reliable choice for the clinical treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
