Clinical observation on curative effect of early rehabilitation treatment combined hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To compared the clinical therapeutic effect of Early rehabilitation treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital since December 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group(early rehabilitation therapy combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment); Comparing the two groups of patients neural function defect scale and modified Barthel index(BI). Results The nerve function defect grade and modified BI of the two groups of patients before treatment were no statistical significance(P0.05); After treatment, the neural function defect scale of the observation group of patients were significantly lower than the reference group(P0.05), and modified BI score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the reference group(P0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatments combined effective hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction can obviously improve the neurologic function,promote the recovery of their daily living and help to improve the patients' quality of life
