Abstract

Objective To evaluate clinical effects of omeprazole combined with cisapride in gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 65 cases patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into observation group(33 cases) and control group(32 cases) .The control group was given cisapride, while the observation group was given omeprazole combined with cisapride, two groups were both treatment for 4 weeks.Compared clinical efficacy, relapse rate and adverse reactions of two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group(84.8% ) was higher than that in the control group(68.7%),the recurrence rate lower was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05) .Conclusion Omeprazole combined with cisapride in gastroesophageal reflux disease can increase the total efficiency, reduce relapse rate, low adverse reactions, and minimize the occurrence of reflux, reduce acid damage on esophageal mucosa, thereby contributing to mucosal repair as soon as possible.
