Observating of 72 Cases Gastroesophageal Reflux Treated with Omeprazole Treatment of Combined Sijunzitang

Abstract
Objective: To explore the efficacy of omeprazole combined Sijunzitang in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.Method: 72 cases of gastroesophageal reflux were randomly divided into observation group and the control group.The observation group were given Sijunzitang and omeprazole,the control group were given omeprazole and gastric motility,4 weeks for one course,After treatment,clinical efficacy was compared.Result: 38 cases in observation group,the total effective rate was 92.11(35/38 cases);control group of 34 cases,the total efficiency was 52.94%(16/34 cases),There's statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Omeprazole combined Sijunzitang can relieve symptoms and more effective than simple drug treatment of omeprazole and gastric motility.
