Abstract

The right to know as the citizens' a fundamental human right,has long been widely recognized around the world.China in the past was lack of awareness of the right to know,for a long time,domestic legislation for the protection of citizens wasn't paid sufficient attention,with the continuous development and progress of society,the government has come to realize to let the public know more conducive to the realization of its functions,the protection of citizens' right to know is on the agenda,more and more rights to know provisions are embodied in laws and regulations.
