A Exploration About Legal Protection of Citizens' Right to Know

Abstract

Right to know is one of citizens' basic human rights in modern democratic states. In our country, legal system of the citizens' right to know has been established preliminarily. However, the constitutional position of the citizens' right to know isn't clear yet, and its legal protection institution hasn't formed a perfect system in our country. So it's difficult to give play to its effect of legal protection. To establish the constitutional and legal position of the citizens' right to know and make the law of information opening are the important contents of legal protection of citizens' right to know.
