The Problems in Realization of Chinese Citizens\' Right to Know and Their Solutions

The right to know is one of the basic political rights the citizens should enjoy,which serves and represents the fundamental functions of modern democratic politics.However,realizing the right to know is in a dilemma in China because of the insufficient judicial guarantee and improper legal proceedings,governments' inconsiderateness of citizens' right to know and citizens' indifference to the right,thus resulting in that the citizens' right to know cannot be realized fully and efficiently.It is therefore necessary to build and perfect the judicial guarantee systematically via putting the theoretical requirement for the right to know into practice,and what's more governmental departments should change their governing ideas and cultivate citizens to keep at their rights consciously.
