Abstract
The dyeing properties of novel alkaline-stable disperse dyes Disperse R-900,Disperse R-902,Disperse orange BROB and Disperse B-825 are studied.The results show that novel alkaline-stable disperse dyes feature excellent stability in NaOH solution of pH value 12,good dye uptake and fastnesses without significant change of K/S value and color shade,and are suitable for dyeing polyester in alkaline bath,which provides the possibility for one bath pretreatment and dyeing of polyester/cotton blended or polyester fabrics.
