Application of MYCH-151 to polyester disperse dyeing

Abstract

Dyeing control agent MYCH-151 is a multi-functional auxiliary which has four functions such as pH value controlling,chelating,dispersing and leveling.In the paper,its application to polyester dyeing with disperse dye was studied,comparison was made with the traditional polyester disperse dyeing.Results show that using 1.0～2.0g/L MYCH-151can reach the same results of traditional dyeing,such as pH value of dye bath,dye-uptake,levelness and color fastness of fabric.
