Abstract

With the stem segments of wild Anoectochilus roxburghii plants as explants, the experiments on the selection of suitable medium for induction, proliferation and rooting were carried out.The results showed that the suitable induction medium was MS;the proliferation medium was MS+KT 1.0 mg/L +IAA 0.2 mg/L +0.15% activated carbon, creeping section part has white buds and with more generate block buds flakes;and the rooting medium was 1/2 MS+IAA 2.0 mg/L +0.15% activated carbon, then the rooting rate can reach above 95%.Meanwhile,the tests of tissue cultural plantlets transplanting were developed, and the results were demonstrated that the mixed material with peat:muck:vermiculite=1∶1∶1 was suited for the transplanting in forests with a controlled facilities environment,or about 50% transmittance, and the survival rate can reach 87.6%.
