Abstract
Stalks of Anoectochilus roxburghii were used as explants to study different disinfection methods and hormone levels influence on the tissue culture, and screen out appropriate culture medium and then do transplanting. It turned out that disinfection of 70 % alcohol need30s,sterilization time of 0. 1 % sodium hypochlorite is 25 min,the most appropriate conditions is MS + 6-BA 0. 8 mg/L + NAA 0. 5 mg/L+ KT 1. 0 mg/L,the culture medium is suitable for the induction of cluster bud, stalks of Anoectochilus roxburghii is the most suitable explant. When the culture medium is 1 /2MS + NAA 1. 0 mg/L + IBA 1. 0 mg/L + peeled bananas 50 g + charcoal active power 5 g,it was conducive to induction of roots.
