Abstract
With leaves, stems and segments of Anoectochilus roxburghii as explants to study rapid propagation by tissue culture. The results showed that segments were the best explants, and the optimal culture medium for callus induction of segments was MS(half of mass elements, double in microelements)+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+ZT 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+0.7% Agar+3% sucrose;the culture medium for buds differentiation was MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+0.7% Agar+3% sucrose.
