Influence of Russia's Accession to WTO on Economic and Trade Cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia

As one of provinces adjacent to Russia,Heilongjiang's trade with Russia has consecutively accounted for over 1/4 of the trade value between China and Russia.Russia's accession to WTO since August,2012 certainly exerts much influence on economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and Russia,which,to Heilongjiang Province,is a challenge as well as an opportunity.In response to the issue,Heilongjiang Province will adopt measures like regulating trade behavior,cultivating compound talents,expanding agricultural cooperation with Russia,and developing processing trade with Russia,and so on.
