Abstract

[Objective] To understand the Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination status in fishery products of fresh water in Taizhou,so as to provide scientific basis for precaution of food-poisoning induced by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.[Methods] We collected kinds of fishery products from supermarkets and farmer's markets such as fresh-water fishes, shellfishes, shrimp and crab in different monitoring seasons. The Vibrio parahaemolyticus were determined, separated and cultured in terms of GB /T4789.7-2003.[Results] 49 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected in 123 fresh-water products. The total rate was 39.84%.The detectable rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in shellfish was 55.32%,which was higher than that in fresh water fish-es with the rate of 30.26%(χ2 = 7.61,P﹤ 0.05).The detectable rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in summer was 57.81%,which is higher than that in other seasons.[Conclusion] The contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in fresh water fishery products was serious. The Vibrio Parahaemolylicu strains separated had obviously strong poison and seasonal variation, which are the risk factors to produce food poisoning.
