Abstract
Objective:To define the Vibrio parahaemolyticus(V.parahaemolyticus) polluted status among sea shrimps from agricultural markets in hangzhou. Methods: Samples such as greasyback shrimp, prawn and white shrimp from 15 agricultural markets in hangzhou were collected during summer and autumn.Quantitative analysis, isolation and culture, biochemical identification and serotyping were carried out according to GB/T4789.7-2008.Results: Out of 78 sea shrimps,74 were found containing Vibrio parahaemolyticus with the positive rate of 94.9%.Incidence of V.parahaemolyticus among different seasons were close(P0.05),while the contamination density of V.parahaemolyticus in Summer was significantly higher than that of in winter(P0.001).Of these Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates, the dominating serogroups are O1,O5 and O11 with a total share rate of 51.3%.Mixed contamination rate of various group O antigen of V.parahaemolyticus in summer was significantly higher than that of in winter(P0.005).Conclusion: The pollution of V.parahaemolyticus in sea shrimp is very serious in Zhejiang province, particularly in summer.Monitoring of V.parahaemolyticus in sea shrimps should be strengthened. It is of great significance to control Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning or food borne diseases.
