Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the contamination status and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquantic products in different seasons in Shenzhen, provide the basis for controlling the food-borne disease caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.[Methods]The aquantic products were collected from market on time. The Vibrio Parahaemolyticus was separated according to GB/4789.7-2003,and identified by GNID.The drug sensitive test was performed by ATB Fungus bioMeieux France method.[Results]113 of 294 samples were positive for Vibrio parahaemolyticus(38.44%).The positive rate in summer and autumn was higher than that in spring and winter significantly(χ2=5.62,P0.05).The resistance rate of ampicillin, ticarcillin and cefazolin was 65.47%,51.33% and 43.36%.[Conclusion]The contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products in Shenzhen is severe. In the treatment of related food-borne disease, drug usage should be reasonable.
