Efficacy observation of Xinmailong injection in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

Objective: To investigate the effect of Xinmailong injection on the patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods: 61 chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group(31 patients) and control group(30 patients).Control group received routine treatment,on this basis,treatment group additionally used Xinmailong injection of 5 mg/kg+5%G.S.250 ml with intravenous drip twice per day,5 d a course.At the end of treatment,compared the improvement of heart function.Results: The effective percentage of treatment group was 93.5%,which was better than the control group of 66.7%,and P0.05.Conclusion: The efficacy of Xinmailong injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure is remarkably better and untoward effect is little.
