Clinical observation on the treatment of chronic heart failure by xinmailong injection

Objective To observe the influence of xinmailong injection to left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),B type natriuretic peptide(BNP) of chronic heart failure(CHF) patients.Methods 41 CHF patients with cardiac function classification from Ⅱ to Ⅳ degree from November 2012 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was given the general treatment,and the treatment group was given the treatment of xinmailong injection+0.9%NS 200 ml(intravenous drip) based on the general group,the treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results After the treatment,the central venous pressure and level of BNP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05),and the symptoms were significantly improved.The LVEF in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).There were no significant adverse effects during the treatment.Conclusion The treatment of xinmailong injection can reduce cardiac load of CHF patients,inhibit neurohumoral activation and improve cardiac function.
