Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of depression with anxiety disorder

Objective:To Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of depression with anxiety disorder.Methods:60 cases of depression with anxiety patients were randomly divided into randomly divided into consolidation group(Paroxetine Combined with Olanzapine treatment) and single group(single with Paroxetine treatment) of each of the 30 cases,a total of 8 weeks of treatment,using the Hamilton Depression Rating scaling(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),deputy reaction scales(TESS) to evaluate the curative effect and side reaction.Results: In two groups after the treatment,HAMD and HAMA score before treatment was significantly(P0.01).After treatment,first weeks,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weekend,with group HAMD and HAMA score were significantly lower than single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The combined group was significantly higher than that of the single significant efficiency group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Two groups of less adverse reactions and light,there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions: The Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of depression with anxiety disorders has fast effect,good curative effect,less adverse reaction advantages.
