Abstract
Objectives To investigate the effect of PBMK on proliferation and apoptosis in human hepatoma cell line in vitro. Methods MTT and Tunel detected the proliferation and apoptosis of human hepatoma cell line treated with PBMK respectively. The morphology was observed by microscope. Results PBMK can significantly inhibit the growth of human hepatoma cell line and markedly induce the apoptosis of the human hepatoma line. The hepatoma cells became small and vacuole, there is no clone. Conclusion It is suggested that PBMK have a promising prospect for application as anti\|cancer drug.
