Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of alprostadil injection combined with pioglitazone on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: One hundred and eighty patients were divided into 3 groups. One group was treated with alprostadil injection, one group with pioglitazone, while another group with alprostadil injection combined with pioglitazone. The change of parameters of blood fat(TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C) and renal function(BUN, Scr, Upr, UAER, Hcy, and β2-MG) was detected before and after the treatment. Results: BUN,Scr, Upr, UAER, Hcy, and β2-MG decreased significantly in three groups(P0.05), and patients treated with alprostadil injection combined with pioglitazone had better BUN, Scr, Upr, UAER, Hcy, and β2-MG than patients in the other two groups(P0.05). TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C improved significantly after the treatment(P0.01), and patients treated with alprostadil injection combined with pioglitazone had better TC, TG,HDL-C, and LDL-C than patients in the other two groups(P0.05). Conclusion: The improvement effect of alprostadil injection combined with pioglitazone on early diabetic nephropathy is obvious and is better than alprostadil injection or Pioglitazone alone.
